At Nobel Bull Trading Academy, we aim to deliver high-quality, practical stock market education through structured courses, live sessions, mentorship, and exclusive learning communities. As our offerings are digital and access-based, learners are advised to read and understand this policy carefully before enrolling.

🎓 Course Access & Digital Delivery

• All courses — Bronze, Gold, and Platinum — provide immediate access upon successful payment, including:
  • Digital course materials
  • Recorded and/or live sessions
  • Mentorship resources (as per plan)
  • Private Telegram/WhatsApp communities (where applicable)
• Since benefits are delivered instantly, course access is considered started immediately after enrollment.
• Course access, usage, and completion percentage are calculated using the academy’s internal backend tracking systems, and such records shall be considered final and binding for all refund-related decisions.

💰 Refund Eligibility – Course-Wise

🔹 Bronze & Gold Plans

Students enrolled in Bronze or Gold Plans may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following strict conditions:

✔ Refund may be considered only if:

• Less than 20% of total course content has been accessed
• No live classes, workshops, or mentorship sessions have been attended
• No downloadable resources have been accessed
• Telegram/WhatsApp community access has not been used

❌ Refund will not be granted if:

• More than 20% of course content is accessed
• Any live session or community benefit is used
• The request is raised after 7 days, except under exceptional cases defined below

➡️ Approved refunds, if any, may be adjusted based on actual course usage.

🔹 Platinum Plan (Including Mentorship & Community Access)

Due to the premium nature of the Platinum Plan, refund conditions are as follows:

✔ Refund within 7 days from purchase may be considered only if:

• Less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• No substantial use of mentorship, priority support, or community benefits has occurred

⚠️ After 7 days, Platinum Plan refunds are not available under normal circumstances and will be considered only under exceptional cases, as defined below.

⚠️ Exceptional Refund Cases (Applicable to All Plans, Including Platinum)

• In rare and exceptional circumstances, the academy may consider a refund request only if it is raised within a maximum of 14 days from the date of course purchase.
• Exceptional refunds are considered only for verified technical or access-related issues originating from the academy’s side.
  • Personal reasons, financial constraints, lack of time, change of interest, or market-related losses will not be accepted as valid reasons.
• In approved exceptional cases:
  • Only 50% of the total course fee will be refunded
  • Refund eligibility will depend on:
    • Percentage of course content accessed
    • Attendance in live sessions or workshops
    • Usage of Telegram/WhatsApp communities or mentorship
    • Overall participation and benefit utilization
• ❌ Refund requests raised after 14 days from purchase will not be entertained under any condition, for any plan, including Platinum.
• 📌 Granting an exceptional refund is not a learner’s right and is approved solely at the discretion of Nobel Bull Trading Academy.

🔥 Offer / Discounted Enrollments

• If a course is purchased during any offer, promotional period, coupon sale, or discount campaign where the learner receives more than 20% discount on the listed course price:
  • ❌ No refund will be provided under any condition, regardless of:
    • Course access percentage
    • Time elapsed since enrollment
    • Plan type (including Platinum)
• ➡️ Such purchases are considered final, irreversible, and non-refundable.

💵 Course Pricing Policy

• Course prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• If a learner purchases a course at a higher price and the price is later reduced:
  • No price difference will be refunded
• All pricing, discounting, and offer-related rights are fully reserved by Nobel Bull Trading Academy.

🔁 Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

• In case of:
  • Duplicate payments
  • Failed or erroneous transactions
  • Excess deductions
• ✔ The verified excess amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

🎤 Paid Workshops & Events

• For paid workshops or live events:
  • If the event is postponed or cancelled by the academy, participants will be offered:
    • A rescheduled session, or
    • Credit transfer for future events
• ❌ No monetary refund will be provided for workshops or live events.

⚖️ Final Authority & Policy Updates

• Nobel Bull Trading Academy reserves the sole right to:
  • Approve or reject any refund request
  • Determine refund eligibility based on backend usage data
  • Modify, update, or revise this policy at any time to ensure transparency, fairness, and operational integrity
