In special cases, Bronze or Gold Plan students may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content and have not attended any live sessions. After 7 days, or once course access begins, no refund will be issued.
For the Platinum Plan or any course that includes lifetime mentorship, Telegram/WhatsApp access, or downloadable content, no refund or cancellation is permitted, as benefits are delivered immediately after joining.
If you enroll during an offer or discount period, please note that no refund will be provided under any condition, as such enrollments are considered final and non-reversible.
Course prices are subject to change at any time based on the academy's decisions. If you purchase a course at a higher price and later the price drops, the difference will not be refunded. All rights regarding course pricing and offers are fully reserved by Nobel Bull Trading Academy.
In cases of duplicate payments or technical transaction errors, the verified excess amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
For paid workshops, if an event is postponed or cancelled by the academy, participants will be offered a reschedule or credit transfer, not a monetary refund.
The academy reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request and may update this policy periodically to maintain transparency and fairness.
